Q. How do I enroll in an online course?
A. Online courses are available for purchase through our Homestudy Catalog section of our site. These courses are noted by an online order button. Simply click on this button, and you will be directed to the shopping cart where you can purchase the course.

Q. What happens after I purchase an online course?
A. After purchasing, a confirmation will be sent with a link to the Online Test Center. Click on the llink, and you will be asked to login.

Q. How do I login?
A. You will need you UserId (which is your email address) and a valid password both which were created during the purchasing process. If you have lost your UserId, please call customer service at 866-992-9399.

Q. What if I can't remember my password?
A. Go to Login and select password link. Type in your email address, and we will email your password to the email address we have on file.

Q. What happens after I login?
A. A transcript page showing all workshops and courses taken through R. Cassidy Seminars is generated. Simply click on the link of the online course. The next step is to click on the Begin the Course button.

Q. Where do I find the course content, ie, test, syllabus and/or audio?
A. After clicking the "Begin the Course" button, you will be taken directly to the online class. You will see links to the various parts of the course.

Q. How do I play the audio portion of the course?
A. Click on the "audio segment" links at the top of the page. You will need iTunes, Real Audio, Windows Media Player or Quicktime to play the audio segment.

Q. How do I view the syllabus?
A. We've provided two choices depending on your connection speed. If you have a dialup connection, you should choose the "low bandwidth" version, and if you have cable or dsl, you should choose the "high bandwidth" option.

Q. How do I take the post test?
A. The test is divided into segments of 10 questions which need to be completed before submitting. Breaking up the test in this manner allows you to stop at the end of a segment and resume the posttest later.

Q. Can I stop and restart the course?
A. Yes. The computer will keep track of the questions completed and will index your posttest to the next unanswered question. When stopping the course, it would be wise, to make a note of where you left off in your reading and the audio file.

Q. What is a passing score?
A. You must accuratly answer 80% of the questions in the post test.

Q. What happens if I don't pass?
A. You will receive your score and a list of the questions answered incorrectly.

Q. How many times can I take the test?
A. You may re-take the post test as many times as needed to pass.

Q. Retaking the test after failing.
A. You can resubmit your corrected test immediately after receiving the results.

Q. Can I challenge the course?
A. Yes, if you think you know the material you can proceed directly to the posttest, take the test and obtain your results.

Q. How do I receive credit?
A. You will be awarded CE hours upon successfully completing the post test.

Q. How do I receive verification that I've successfully completed the course?
A. After passing the test, a certificate of completion will be emailed to you immediately. If you have any problems receiving your certificate of completion by email call the office (866-992-9399) and we will mail it to you.

Q. What if I lose or do not receive my certificate?
A. By logging in and proceeding to the transcript page, you can reprint a certificate completion for past course work.
